The main forest-forming tree species in the Wymiarki Forest District is Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris). Other species cover small areas of land.

The Forest District is dominated by coniferous forest sites. The vast majority of the area belongs to habitats with low ground water levels. Moist habitats occur next to rivers and watercourses.
